His career encompasses both hands-on project management and high-level consulting, providing unique insight into all aspects of property damage assessment and restoration.

Prior to founding Lister Consulting LLC in 2022, Mr. Lister served as a senior consultant with a global consulting firm, where he developed expertise in complex multi-site claims and large-scale restoration projects. His experience includes comprehensive assessment and consultation for damages resulting from fire, water, earthquake, wind, and other significant loss events.

Currently, Lister Consulting LLC provides expert services to leading insurance carriers, delivering thorough analysis for reserves development, construction schedules, and damage assessment. Drones are used in a variety of ways...

They can quickly fly over a property and document the damages to fence lines, landscaping, pathways, vineyards, and buildings.

Drone camera images are in 4K. the image can be zoomed in to identity small cracks and roof tile breaks. Drones eliminate the danger of ladders and walking steep roofs.

There are multiple drone imagery services, but they may not be both FAA certified drone pilots and experts in identifying property damage.

As an experienced drone pilot and construction expert I’m not just taking photos. I’m inspecting the entire building as an overview, followed by detailed inspection of entry points for water intrusion, damages to roof mounted HVAC equipment , broken or missing roofing materials, cracks in bridges, electrical towers, building siding, damages to hilltop signal repeaters, etc..

I’m looking to document the exact cause and identify why damages have occurred so an accurate report is developed for the client with which they can determine coverage or fault.
